- Resting Heart Rate (Optional): Your heart rate at rest (beats per minute). Providing this allows for a Karvonen formula calculation, which can be more personalized.
- Target Intensity (%): The desired percentage of your Maximum Predicted Heart Rate (MPHR). For stress tests, this is typically high (e.g., 85-100%). Default is 85%.

Formulas Used:
- MPHR = 220 – Age
- Target HR (Standard) = MPHR * (Intensity / 100)
