- Moderate: ~25 sit-ups/min (MET: 3.8)
- Vigorous: ~40 sit-ups/min (MET: 8.0)
Formula: Calories/Min = (MET * Body Weight in kg * 3.5) / 200. Total duration is estimated from number of sit-ups and pace.
