Burnout Risk Assessment
This assessment is based on the Oldenburg Burnout Inventory (OLBI), a validated tool used to measure work-related burnout. [7, 9] It assesses two core dimensions of burnout:
- Exhaustion: Feelings of being overextended by one's work, including physical, emotional, and cognitive strain.
- Disengagement: Distancing oneself from work and developing negative or cynical attitudes toward one's job and tasks.

Scoring Guide:Your total score is calculated from your responses, with higher scores indicating a greater risk of burnout. [2] The score ranges are interpreted as follows:
- 43 or Lower: Low Burnout Risk
- 44 - 51: Moderate Burnout Risk
- 52 or Higher: High Burnout Risk
