How It Works & Tips

  3. Golf Activity Type: Select how you played. This determines the MET value (Metabolic Equivalent of Task):
    • Walking, Carrying Clubs: (MET: ~4.8 – 5.3)
    • Walking, Pulling Cart: (MET: ~4.3)
    • Riding in Cart: (MET: ~3.5)
    • Driving Range / Miniature Golf: (MET: ~3.0)

Formula Basis: Calories Burned = (MET * Body Weight in kg * 3.5 * Duration in minutes) / 200.
