How to Use the Calculator
This tool helps you determine the correct intensity for your workouts.
Heart Rate (% MHR) Mode:For cardiovascular exercise. Enter your age to estimate your Max Heart Rate (MHR), or enter a known MHR if you have one. Then, input your desired intensity (e.g., 70%) to find your target heart rate in beats per minute (BPM).
Strength (% 1RM) Mode:For weightlifting. Enter the maximum weight you can lift for one repetition (your 1RM). Then, input your desired intensity (e.g., 85%) to find the target weight for your working sets.
