How to Use This Tool
Simple Timer Mode:

For a quick rest timer. Just enter the desired minutes and seconds, and click "Start Timer".

Workout Planner Mode:

For structured workouts. Add each exercise with its name, number of sets, and the duration for both work and rest periods. Once your plan is built, click "Start Workout" to begin the guided session.

Use the simple timer or build a full workout plan.
