Formulas Used:- Men: 64 - (20 * (Height / Waist Circumference))
- Women: 76 - (20 * (Height / Waist Circumference))
- Height: Measure your height without shoes.
- Waist: Measure your waist circumference at the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button.
