- Sedentary: Mostly sitting (e.g., desk job, driver).
- Light: Mostly standing or walking (e.g., teacher, retail, cashier).
- Moderate: Frequent walking and some physical work (e.g., restaurant server, cleaner, delivery driver).
- Active: Heavy manual labor (e.g., construction, landscaping, farmer).
Select how often you engage in structured exercise like jogging, gym workouts, sports, swimming, etc. This does not include the activity from your job.
