Complex Number Properties
For a complex number \( z = a + bi \), this tool calculates two key properties:
1. Complex Conjugate (\( \bar{z} \))
The conjugate is found by changing the sign of the imaginary part.
$$ \bar{z} = a - bi $$
2. Absolute Value or Modulus (\( |z| \))
The absolute value represents the distance of the complex number from the origin on the complex plane.
$$ |z| = \sqrt{a^2 + b^2} $$
