How to Wake Up Refreshed

A good night's sleep consists of 5-6 full sleep cycles, which last about 90 minutes each. Waking up at the end of a cycle, rather than in the middle of one, helps you feel more rested and alert.

2. Enter Your Time:

If you're calculating wake-up times, enter the time you plan to go to sleep. If you're calculating bedtimes, enter the time you need to wake up.

3. Calculate:

The calculator will show you several optimal times. The times in green are recommended for a full night's rest (7.5 to 9 hours). The calculation includes an average of 15 minutes for you to fall asleep.
